The purpose of this study is to explore development feasibility of a 19-feet-wide by 100-feet-long site located at 150 East Ontario Street, in the heart of Chicago’s prime shopping/living district. The success of architectural design on such narrow site will hinge on its technical integrity, overall quality, and financial sustainability. Objectively, the owner/buyer or future developer of 150 East Ontario Street should gain by the following a general understanding, or vision of what could be achieved by applying sensible design solutions.
